Diplomacy, Conquest,
and Consequence.

The galaxy is alive with civilisations competing for power. Some will seek friendship. Some will fear you. Some will wait for the right moment to betray you. Every treaty, threat, war, and act of mercy can change how the galaxy sees humanity.

The Pillars

A Living Galaxy

Every civilisation has its own goals, memory, personality, and strategy. They can form alliances, escalate conflicts, protect their borders, support rivals, or attempt to contain your rise.

They do not simply exist as obstacles. They are trying to survive, expand, and win.

Lead Humanity

You play as humanity, guiding the future of Earth and its colonies as they enter the galactic stage.

Manage your economy, control your fleets, develop your planets, negotiate with alien powers, and decide what kind of civilisation humanity becomes.

Will humanity be trusted? Feared? Respected? Hated? Worshipped? That depends on you.

AI Ministers at Your Side

You are supported by a council of AI-driven ministers, each responsible for a key area of your civilisation.

Your Minister of Military may recommend reinforcing a border before war breaks out. Your Minister of Diplomacy may urge you to accept an alliance before a rival grows too strong. Your Minister of Economy may warn that your expansion is outpacing your industry.

They advise, challenge, and act based on your direction. You can stay in direct control, approve their plans, or delegate authority where you choose.

Real-Time Galactic Strategy

The galaxy moves in real time. Fleets travel, economies grow, wars escalate, and civilisations make decisions whether you are ready or not.

Pause, plan, negotiate, and react as events unfold across the stars.

A border dispute can become a war. A trade pact can become an alliance. A small betrayal can become the reason an empire falls.

Diplomacy with Memory

Diplomacy is not just a number on a screen. Civilisations remember your actions — broken promises, honoured treaties, military threats, border violations, aid during crisis, and wars of conquest.

A civilisation you saved may become your closest ally. A neighbour you humiliated may spend decades preparing revenge. A rival you spare may one day bend the knee — or betray you when you are weakest.

Conquest has Consequences

War can win territory, resources, and power, but it changes the political shape of the galaxy.

Expand too aggressively and your neighbours may form a coalition against you. Destroy a rival and others may fear you. Liberate occupied worlds and some may see humanity as protectors.

Every victory creates new opportunities — and new enemies.

Most strategy games give you opponents.
The Living Stars gives you civilisations.
